Module 1

In Week 4, we move onto Emotion in Motion

  • This week we discover more about the energy body and how to get back to being joyous, bright and strong.
  • Give yourself (and others, if you like) energy gifts and learn some simple techniques to help your relationships.
  • Learnt to drop your swirling negative thoughts in an instant.

Module 5

In Week 5, we focus on the power of your Heart Connection

  • Learn the power of heart focused breathing to change how you feel in any moment.  Our hearts have an energy field that affects both us and others around us.  Without realising we are in the heart field of others many times during the day.
  • Our heart and our brains are connected.  Our heart actually sends more information to our brains than the brain sends to the heart.  When you are connected to your heart, your heart is helping to guide your choices.

Module 6

Week 6 is all about connecting to your Inner knowing and intuition

  • Connect to your +10 Even Flow where your body and your life works perfectly and help to make that a reality for you.  We put together all the learning so far and ensure you have a plan for using it in your life.

Module 7

In Week 7 we start the more traditional coaching sessions

  • This week we look at your Wheel of Life, how are you doing in all the areas, is your wheel balanced?  When we add all the techniques you have learned so far, this is great fun!  You can think much more clearly about your life and have much better insights,

Module 8

Week 8 focuses on the Six Human Needs

  • The Six Human Needs as defined by Anthony Robbins are Certainty, Uncertainly, Significance, Love and Connection, Growth and Contribution.
  • Explore the order you are fulfilling these and the enormous difference this makes to your life.
  • What are your rules to achieve your needs and how is that different in each area of your life.  These can be positive or negative ways and are easily changed once you have knowledge of how you are making your choices in life.

 

Module 9

In Week 9 you discover the values you hold in your life   

  • Many of our life problems come from incongruence in our life values.  What you value determines who you are and how you look at life.  Conflicts in these can create havoc in your happiness.  We will ask what has to both happen and not happen for you to achieve your top values.
  • Learn if you are setting yourself up to fail.
  • Do your values actually reflect how you want to live your life today?

 

Module 10

In week 10, we delve even deeper into your values in some of the areas of life that are most important to you.

  • This is much easier when we apply some tapping or heart centred breathing.  You can trace the values you have back and clear them easily if they are not serving you.

Module 11

Week 11 is about the Three Principles

  • Sydney Banks’s Three Principles are an amazing way to understand how you are creating your life.  We are living the feeling of our thinking.
  • Learn how you can apply the principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought to your everyday life and fully realise that we all have innate mental health, it is our thinking which is taking us off track.

Module 7

Emotions and Beliefs

Every thought you think affects your mind, emotions, body and spirit.  Our emotions are the feedback device that tell us about the state of our spirit.  When your energy systems is flowing easily there is joy and delight in life.
