Qigong and Meridians
Meridians are the conveyors of energy through the body and commonly used in Acupuncture. In the same way I work with Meridians using qigong exercises and techniques.
There are 12 major meridians in the body and these work through the five main systems in the body. These are:
All other parts of the body are a part of one of these main systems. These systems also have colours, positive and negative emotions, seasons and times of day associated with them. By working in alignment with these it is easier to open the meridians to help the flow of energy through the whole body.
Every year the life cycle of your body also changes with different emphasis on each body part and it’s associated guiding wisdom.
There are also specific exercises for each to help ease physical pains and negative emotions, which I can easily teach you and you can incorporate into a few minutes every day.
